New Patient
Consults
The initial appointment is 60 minutes and includes an in-depth review of your timeline, medical history, and records. This is where I begin to make sense of your story. This visit is primarily used as an information gathering session. Most patients leave with preliminary next steps; others will receive adjustments to a current plan; more often, the more comprehensive protocol design will take place in the initial follow up when all laboratory testing has resulted.
$400 - 60 minute appointment
Follow Up
Appointments
These visits may be in person, or via the HIPPA compliant Zoom video platform. Protocols are reviewed, and adjusted; re-order of labs.
First Follow Up - $275/60-75 minute-full lab review and protocol design; includes a 15min pre-treatment call with Adele, RN.
Initial follow-up's - $225/30-45 minute visit. These are required every 6 weeks while on antibiotic therapy.

Need my consultation without becoming a patient?
One hour telehealth visits are available when you simply may need my expertise. You may already be working with another provider but wish to discuss other options for treatment or for those who are considering the diagnosis but unsure what to do next. Does not include ordering labs or medication prescribing.
$225/hour prorated with a 30min minimum
